I have two sheds that i built. the first one i used 3/4" pt plywood. this door warped in much the same way as yours. for my wood shed i used 5/8" osb and laminated tongue and groove pine siding on to the osb.. Over the winter my shed door has warped (double door summer house type) one door won't shut properly. its the one that closes second (ie on top of the other with a little lip thingy) i think it has got wet during the winter and swelled up.. If your door is badly warped, wet your heavy towels or large blankets and lay them across the warped area only. each day, rewet the towels and add five to 10 pounds of weight onto the door until is is completely straight again.. Warp. warped doors are a fact of life in most older homes. if the door is pine, it's even more likely to warp. pine is a conifer, which is a soft-grain wood..
